Pricing and Payment

  • Currency & Taxes: All prices listed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Payment Methods: We support multiple secure payment methods, including verified online payment gateways (Mobile Financial Services, Debit/Credit cards) and Cash on Delivery (COD) across available coverage areas.
  • Order Cancellation & Verification: Bless Consumer reserves the absolute right to delay, suspend, or cancel any order if the payment cannot be verified, is suspected of fraud, or if the transaction remains incomplete.

Order Confirmation and Cancellation

Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. Your order is confirmed once payment is received (for prepaid orders) or once it is dispatched (for COD). Bless Consumer reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of products, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity. Customers may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting customer service.

Delivery Policy

  • We deliver across whole areas in Bangladesh.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, and logistics.
  • Any estimated delivery time is approximate and not guaranteed.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses. Bless Consumer will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

Return and Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept return requests strictly for items that are received as damaged, defective, or incorrect (different from what was ordered).
  • Reporting Timeline: Customers must inspect their delivery and notify our Customer Support team within 24 hours of receiving the order to report any issues. Reports made after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
  • Verification Process: All returns are subject to verification. Bless Consumer reserves the right to request photographic or video evidence of the product and its packaging before approving a replacement or refund.
  • Exclusions: For health and hygiene reasons, perishable goods (such as fresh produce, dairy, or frozen items) and products with broken seals or opened packaging cannot be returned or refunded unless they are conclusively proven to have been defective upon delivery.
  • Refund Timeline & Methods: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back via the original payment method (e.g., specific MFS wallet or Bank/Card account) within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through a mutually agreed-upon digital payment channel.

  • You agree not to misuse the website or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
  • You must not attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt our website or servers.

  • Maximum Liability Cap: Our total and aggregate liability for any claim, dispute, or legal action arising from an order or the use of this website shall strictly not exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.
